Toast with tomatoes and anchovies

ingredients

16 pcs bread 3 cloves garlic 8 pcs tomatoes 1/3 cup olive oil 1/2 cup anchovies

procedure

1. Toast the bread until golden brown on both sides. While still warm, rub both sides of the bread with the sliced garlic. 2. Halve the tomatoes and rub them on each side of the toast so that the juices soak in, but so that the toast doesn’t get too soggy. 3. Pop the rest of the tomatoes and place them on the bread. Drizzle each toast with olive oil. Pop the anchovies, mix with some of the tomatoes and add to the toast.
