Toast with mozzarella and basil
Baked slices of white bread dipped in eggs and flour, fried and garnished with cheese, salami and Vegetable Recipes.

Procedure:
1. Cut the bread slices into triangles
2. In a deep plate, whisk the eggs with salt, then pour the flour into the other plate
3. Dip the bread slices first in the eggs and then in the flour, immediately fry the prepared slices on both sides until crispy in hot oil
4. Wash the tomatoes, cut one into eight slices, quarter the other
5. Wash the basil, dry it and tear the leaves
6. On one part of the breads, divide first the sausage slices, on them the tomatoes, the cheese and finally the basil leaves
7. Fold the other half of the breads over the toasts and press them
8. Divide them on plates and decorate with tomato quarters and a few basil leaves.
