Toast with caviar and poached egg

2 slices butter ground black pepper chili powder 8 leaves fresh basil 2 slices gluten-free bread 2 tbsp redfish caviar (from trout) 2 pcs egg vinegar dressing

Melt the butter in a pan and add the ground black pepper and dried chilli powder

Meanwhile, chop a few slices of fresh basil, which you place in the melted butter.

Place the slices of gluten-free bread in and toast both sides.

Pick up and brush the prepared toast with red caviar.

In the meantime, prepare the poached egg – bring water to a boil, turn down the heat. Pour a little vinegar into a ladle and add the room temperature egg and place slowly into the hot water. Cook for 3 minutes.

Place on toast.

Finish with dressing of your choice and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
8.
Ideal breakfast for Sunday brunch.
