Tlačenka with vinegar and onions

What tastes best with beer besides drowning? Pushcart, of course! We can serve it just like that, on bread, or with vinegar and onions, as our grandfathers did.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 1-2 pcs rounds of pressure cooker 1 pk small onions 1 dl octo

/tr>

1 dl water pepper bread to serve

Procedure:

  • Slice the peeled onion into thin rounds or cubes, as one likes.
  • Mix the vinegar with water.
  • Place the cube or cubes of press on a plate, spread the onions, and pour the vinegar and water over everything on the plate.
  • Season with pepper and serve preferably with fresh bread slices.
  • Recommendation:

Instead of the 1:1 ratio of vinegar to onion, you can make the dressing more vinegary, i.e. put more vinegar and less water, or even omit the water altogether. Some people put the onions in vinegar water and let them soak for a few minutes, the onions are less aggressive.
