Tiramisu with Nutella in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for Nutella tiramisu in Thermomix, a tasty tiramisu easy to make with a layer of coffee soaked sponge cake, a layer of mascarpone that does not contain raw eggs and a layer of nutella. This is an irresistible dessert to rule the whole family.
Ingredients:
200 g spoon cookies 250 g mascarpone 100 g powdered sugar 200 g nutella 200 ml cold full cream 1 cup strong coffee 20 g milk 1 tablespoon sugar 30 g roasted and crushed hazelnuts
Preparation:
Place the bowl and whisk in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Then insert the bowl and whisk then pour in the cream and whip for 1 minute 30 seconds at a speed 3.5. Set aside.
Without washing the bowl and with the whisk, put the powdered sugar and mascarpone then set 2 minutes at speed 3.
Then add the whipped cream and mix with a spatula until you have a smooth cream.
Heat the nutella in the microwave and then allow to cool.
In a bowl mix the coffee with the milk and a spoonful of sugar.
Dip half of the sponge cookies successively into the cold coffee, then place them flat and side by side in the bottom of the dish.
Cover the sponge cookies with half of the mascarpone mixture, then spread half of the nutella.
Dip the remaining spoon cookies in the coffee again then top with the remaining mascarpone cream then spread the remaining nutella and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
Place your nutella tiramisu in the fridge for at least 4 hours then serve.
