Tiramisu style Panna Cotta with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for tiramisu-style panna cotta in Thermomix, a delicious dessert, a melt-in-your-mouth panna cotta with mascarpone and coffee flavoring.
Ingredients:
For the panna cotta:
– 30 cl milk
– 20 cl full cream liquid
– 300 g mascarpone
– 1 tablespoon solube coffee
– 5 gelatin leaves
– 80 g sugar.
For the sauce:
– 250 ml coffee ( previously prepared )
– 70 g sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
– 20 g cocoa powder
Preparation:
Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water.
Put the sugar in the thermomix bowl then blend for 10 seconds on speed 9.
Add the mascarpone, liquid cream and coffee then set for 8 minutes at 80° on speed 1.
At the buzzer add the wrung out gelatine leaves then mix for 1 minute at speed 2.
Divide the mixture between 6 verrines, leave to cool then place in the fridge for a few hours to set.
Wash and dry the bowl, put in the coffee, sugar and vanilla extract then set for 6 minutes at 100° on speed 2. Then let cool.
Pour the sauce over the cooled Panna Cotta then sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
