Tiramisu in a glass
Dessert whipped with egg yolks, mascarpone, egg white and sugar, served in glasses with biscuits dipped in coffee and liqueur.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs carefully, separate the yolks from the whites, whisk the yolks with the sugar
2. Add mascarpone and stiff snow from egg whites
3. Soak the biscuits for a while in good black coffee, which can be flavored with some liqueur
4. Finally, decorate the cups with whole biscuits and sprinkle with cocoa, leave in the fridge to set and cool nicely.
