Tiramisu is a delicious Italian dessert that can be made into a cake! This recipe is for a tiramisu cake, and it is sure to please anyone who tries it.
To make this cake, you will need:
1 pound ladyfingers
1 cup espresso
1/2 cup marsala wine
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 pound mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions:
First, you will need to make the espresso. If you do not have an espresso machine, you can make a strong cup of coffee.
Once the espresso is made, dip the ladyfingers in it and line the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with them.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and marsala wine.
In another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder.
Add the egg mixture to the mascarpone mixture and mix until well blended.
Pour this over the ladyfingers in the dish and spread it evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
When you are ready to serve, dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
