Tilapia in mustard sauce

3 tbsp olive oil 5 pcs tilapia (fish fillet) salt ground black pepper ground cumin 250 ml sweet cream 1 tbsp mustard 1/2 pcs lemon juice

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan

Place the washed and dried tilapia (or other fish fillet) in the pan.

Sear the tilapia for about 3 minutes on each side, while seasoning each side with salt and pepper and sprinkling with ground cumin.
4.
Set the tilapia aside on a plate.
5.
Pour the room temperature cream into the broth.
6.
Add mustard to taste.
7.
Place the browned tilapia back in and drizzle the sauce with lemon juice.
8.
Reduce the heat and reduce the sauce until it has a creamy consistency.
9.
Serve sprinkled with freshly chopped celery stalks.
