Thick vegetable soup

ingredients

1 pk leek 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic 4 pk potato 300 g root Vegetable Recipes 1 can of sterilised white beans 1 litre chicken stock 2 sprigs thyme 1 tbsp lemon juice to taste salt

1. Wash the leek and cut into rings. In a saucepan, fry the leeks in hot oil. After about 10 minutes, add the crushed garlic, then the diced potatoes and root Vegetable Recipes. Pour the broth over everything and cook until the Vegetable Recipes are completely soft. 2. Stir in the drained beans and cook the soup for 10 minutes more. Season with salt, lemon juice and thyme (you can also use parsley).
