Thick vegetable soups have a hearty flavor and are full of fiber. If you sauté the Vegetable Recipes in olive oil beforehand, the soup will be even tastier. Add homemade pasta and everyone will be licking their lips!
1.
Wash, clean and chop all the Vegetable Recipes. Same with the parsley.
2.
Put the cauliflower, onion, garlic and parsley in a large pot of water.
3.
Fry the chopped Vegetable Recipes in olive oil.
4.
Transfer the roasted Vegetable Recipes to the pot, add the spices, broths and let them go through the boil. Then turn down the heat slightly and continue to cook for about 30-40 minutes. In the meantime, make homemade pasta. We need one egg, a little salt or vegeta and as much flour as the egg can absorb.
5.
Stir gradually with a knife or fork so that the egg scoops up the flour and add as needed. Finally, use your hands to mix well, forming a ball or mound.
6.
Let the dough dry a little and grate it on a coarse grater.
7.
Let the grated dough – the breadcrumbs – dry out and boil in the soup. Enjoy!
