100 g red lentils 1 pk onion 2 pk garlic cloves 1 tbsp butter 2 pk carrots to taste salt, pepper, marjoram, dried ginger
procedure
1. Sauté chopped onion and pressed garlic in butter 2. Add grated carrots and cover with water. Cook for about 10 minutes until the carrots are semi-soft 3. Add the lentils that have been rinsed and cook for about 8-10 min. Finally, season with salt, pepper, marjoram and blend everything smooth with an immersion blender.
