1. Fry the diced onion with the crushed garlic in the oil. Remove from heat, add ml. red pepper, vegeta, soup seasoning, ground cumin and pour water and salt. 2. Put the cabbage in a bowl, pour a little water. Then wring it out and chop it. Do not discard the water in which the cabbage was, we will still use it. Put the chopped cabbage in the base. 3. Chop the meat and sausage and add to the soup after about half an hour of cooking the cabbage. Cook until tender. Taste, when it is not sour enough, add the water from the cabbage, which we set aside. 4. Boil the potatoes in salted water separately. They are harder to cook in an acidic environment. Add them to the soup at the end. The finished soup does not need to be thickened, it is thick enough. Season with sugar.
