Ingredients:
– 150g milk
– bag of baker’s yeast
– 250g flour
– 10g brown sugar
– 5g butter
– 1 level tablespoon salt
Preparation:
In the Thermomix bowl, pour the yeast and 50g of the milk set 2 minutes, 37°, speed 2.
– Add all the rest and again for another 2 minutes, bowl closed, cob function.
– Form a ball of dough in a bowl and let rest 1 h.
– Arrange the bread dough in a non-stick ovenproof cake dish. Cover the bread again with a wooden board (to prevent it from puffing up too much) for 1/2 hour away from draughts.
– Preheat the oven to 210°C. Remove the wooden board and put the bread in the oven. Let it cook for 40 minutes. Be careful when baking: the bread will rise, so lower the rack by one level. When the bread is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it cool on a rack.
