Tasty, easy and quick! A fantastic recipe from the famous chef Peter Varga that you will love. He revealed it to us in our podcast Tasty.
1.
Cook the turnips in salted water until soft and drain. Cut the Vegetable Recipes into smaller pieces.
2.
Mix the turnips with fresh broccoli, zucchini, add beans, dill, sugar snap peas, mix everything thoroughly, combine with butter and bryndza, make sure it is properly heated through, but be careful not to let the Vegetable Recipes get beautifully crispy. Finally, sprinkle over the pine nuts, which we have lightly toasted in a dry frying pan until golden. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
3.
Decorate with pea shoots. Enjoy! And don’t forget to listen to part of the Tasty podcast, where Junior talks to Peter Varga
