The perfect chia breakfast,

ingredients

Granola

1/2 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup goji berries 1/2 cup chopped chocolate 2 tbsp maple syrup (honey) 1 tbsp coconut oil

Cocoa Pudding

1/3 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup cocoa powder 2 tbsp honey 2 KL vanilla extract 2 cups coconut milk

Vanilla Pudding

1/3 cup Chia Seeds 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 cup coconut milk

Healthy and delicious breakfast with a touch of luxury that you’ll instantly fall in love with.

Whisk together oats, raisins, goji berries, chocolate, syrup and coconut oil in a bowl. Place the mixture in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the cocoa pudding by mixing – chia seeds, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla and coconut milk in a bowl. Divide the finished pudding into two glasses and chill for about 20 minutes.

Make the vanilla pudding in a similar way and chill again for 20 minutes.

Finally, garnish the glasses with the baked granola and serve.
