Mix the lukewarm water, sugar and yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Weigh the flour and mix it with the seeds, salt, cumin and vinegar. Mix thoroughly. Add the swollen yeast and sugar and mix everything together.

Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Then turn the dough out, mix again and shape into a loaf. Place it in a baking tray lined with baking paper and let it rise for 10 minutes while the oven heats up to 220°C. Place a container of water in the oven and leave it in the oven for the entire baking time.

Sprinkle the cake with sesame seeds and place in the oven as soon as it is hot. Bake the bread at 220°C for the first 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for the last 25 minutes. Instagram : walrus.buko
