The best no-bake cake made from biscuits and with milk cream

2 packets butter biscuits / bebe biscuits 2 packets cocoa biscuits 70 g cooking chocolate 220 ml 33% whipping cream
Icing
1 pk gelatin 250 ml whipping cream 1 pk vanillin sugar 120 ml milk 1 pk cream-fix

This is one of our favourites. Soft biscuits topped with chocolate are a must-try.
1.
First, make the cream. Whip the cream, sugar and thickener until stiff. Prepare the gelatine according to the instructions, put it in the milk and mix. Progressively add the whipped cream by hand to form a smooth cream. Put the cream in the refrigerator for the time being.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add the whipping cream. Stir until it is completely melted.

Place the biscuits – alternating white and dark – in the bottom of the cake tin. Spread a thin layer of cream and top with chocolate. Don’t do a full layer of chocolate though, just drizzle on thickly. Place the biscuits, cream and chocolate on top of the chocolate again. Make two more layers in this way, finishing with the biscuits on top. Press them gently and brush the top with the remaining cream and decorate with chocolate.

Place the prepared dessert in the refrigerator to set for at least 3 hours.
