3 pcs egg 1 cup granulated sugar 2 cups semi-coarse flour 1/2 cup oil 1 cup milk 1/2 packet baking powder
Apple layer
6 pcs apples (larger) 1 packet cinnamon sugar
Vanilla layer
400 ml milk 1 packet Golden cob 2 tbsp granulated sugar 2 tbsp um 125 g butter – room temperature
Chocolate topping
120 g cooking chocolate 80 ml 33% whipping cream

So this cake was eaten in our house immediately. I had the inspiration for the recipe a long time ago, but it wasn’t until today that we tried it. It’s real delicious, I definitely recommend it.

Cesto: Beat the whole eggs with granulated sugar until frothy. Progressively add half a cup of oil, a whole cup of milk, two cups of semi-coarse flour and half a packet of baking powder.

Pour the batter onto a baking sheet (25×40) lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

Vanilla Layer: While the cake is baking, make a custard with the milk, granulated sugar and Golden Cob. Let cool.

In batches, stir in room temperature butter with a whisk. Finally, add two tablespoons of rum.

Apple layer: Clean and grate the apples. Transfer them to a pan, add cinnamon sugar and simmer briefly.

Spread a layer of jam over the baked cake. Spread the apples on top and pour the vanilla cream on top. Smooth over.
7.
Cover the entire surface of the cake with chocolate icing. Chill for at least an hour and serve.
