8 pcs larger potatoes 5 pcs eggs 2 pcs good sausage 4 pcs boiled cucumbers 1 pcs sour cream or even for cooking 1dice 4 tbsp oil 1 tsp salt, vegeta, spices for potatoes

A weekday recipe, simple, filling and tasty 🙂

Grease a baking tray, place one layer of sliced potatoes, top with two sausage legs sliced into rounds and again potatoes.

Cook 3 eggs and place on the slices along with the sliced cucumber + salt.

Layer potatoes again, sprinkle salt, pepper and veggies on top of American potatoes and cover with foil, place in oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mix the 2 eggs with the cream, you can season with the veggies if you didn’t add them before and after 45 minutes of baking, uncover the foil and pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes and let them bake without the foil for 10-15 minutes. Done, enjoy!
