Thai vegetable broth

Here is the recipe to make a Thai style vegetable broth, easy to prepare and ideal for the season. This broth and cheap, prepared with ingredients available all year round.
Ingredients:
1 leek 2 carrots 2 turnips 1 small red pepper 1 stalk of celery 12 minced mushrooms 1 onion 2 tablespoons turmeric oil A few sprigs of coriander 1 stalk of lemongrass Fresh ginger
Preparation:
Start by peeling the leek, carrots, turnips, celery stalk, and onion, then julienne them.
Slim the lemongrass stalk and peel the ginger, then sauté them with the oil in a pot. After 3 minutes, add the peeled Vegetable Recipes and red pepper then cover with water.
Salt, pepper and cook for 1 hour on low heat. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the mushrooms.
Finally sprinkle your Thai vegetable broth with turmeric and sprinkle with a few sprigs of coriander, then serve.
