Thai shrimp soup with Thermomix

For tonight we recommend the recipe of Thai shrimp soup in Thermomix. This soup with typical Asian taste is made with coconut milk, it is very fragrant, easy and simple to prepare for a tasty meal.

Ingredients for 2 people:

200 ml coconut milk 150 ml vegetable broth 80 g bean sprouts 10 g fresh ginger 1 onion 1/2 red bell pepper 1 level teaspoon curry powder 10 peeled shrimp 50 g rice vermicelli 1 tablespoon smoked fish 3 sprigs chives 2 teaspoons butter 1 teaspoon sugar Salt

Preparation:

Heat 1 tablespoon of broth in a pan and then sauté the shrimp with the chopped fresh ginger for a few minutes, then set aside.

Place the peeled onion and chives in the bowl of the thermomix then blend for 5 seconds on speed 5. Add the butter then set 3 minutes at 100° on speed 1.

Pour in the coconut milk and broth then set 5 minutes at 100° on speed 1. Meanwhile drain the bean sprouts then cut the bell pepper into pieces.

At the buzzer add the bean sprouts, bell pepper, smoked fish and sugar to the bowl then set 10 minutes at 100° on the spoon speed in reverse. Then add the curry powder, salt and rice vermicelli and cook for 4 minutes at 100° on spoon speed in reverse.

Then add the shrimp and ginger and set 3 minutes at 100° on spoon speed in reverse.

At the end of the program serve hot Thermomix Thai shrimp soup in individual bowls.
