Thai noodles PAD THAI

ingredients

3 tbsp oil 1 pk egg 3 cloves garlic 150 g frozen Vegetable Recipes (wok mix) or fresh 1/2 packet rice noodles water

3 tbsp tamarind paste 1 tsp water 2 tbsp fish sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp chilli sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar

Decoration

1/2 handful fresh coriander 1/2 handful fresh Thai basil 1/2 handful mung sprouts

1.

First, make the rice noodles ahead of time according to the directions on the package. I recommend having all the ingredients prepared in advance because in Asian cooking everything is prepared on the highest setting and cooks very quickly.

Heat the oil in a deep wok and cook the dry scrambled egg in it and set aside.

In a hot wok, fry the garlic slices with the Vegetable Recipes.

4.

Add the pre-prepared rice noodles and stir.

5.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.

6.

Pour into wok and stir, adding more water as needed.

7.

Return the scrambled eggs, stir and serve immediately.

Use chopped fresh coriander, Thai basil or even mung sprouts (as preferred) to garnish.
