Thai Fried Eggs

Hard boiled eggs, coated in plain flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 4 pcs hard boiled eggs 1 pk fresh eggs 1 tsp hot peppers 1/4 tsp grated lemon zest plain flour breadcrumbs water oil salt chili sauce as a side dish

Procedure:

1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs, sift the breadcrumbs through a sieve to make them as fine as possible
2. Mix the flour with the paprika
3. Whisk the fresh egg with a tablespoon of water, lemon zest and salt
4. Fry the eggs coated in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs in hot oil
5. Drain the eggs on paper towels and serve with chilli sauce.
