3 tbsp oil 4 slices fresh ginger 1 pk fresh chili pepper 2 pk lemongrass 2 tbsp red curry paste 500 ml chicken broth 1 can coconut milk 2 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar 2 pk chicken breast 1 cup frozen wok Vegetable Recipes 4 pk lime leaves 1/2 pk lime juice

In a deep wok, heat the oil and quickly and sparingly fry the sliced chillies and finely diced fresh ginger.

Add the lemongrass and red curry paste, stir.
3.
Spoon over the chicken stock and coconut milk. Stir and bring to a boil.
4.
Season with fish sauce and brown sugar.
5.
Add sliced chicken breast and frozen Vegetable Recipes.
6.
Season with lime leaves and lime juice.
7.
Bring to the boil and cook for 8 minutes.
8.
Serve immediately.
