Teriyaki Chicken Drumsticks

Marinated chicken drumsticks baked until golden brown.

Ingredients:

12 pcs of chicken drumsticks For the marinade: 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp dried garlic 3 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp sherry (optional) one cup soy sauce oil

Procedure:

1. Clean, rinse and dry the chicken drumsticks
2. Mix oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, dried garlic and sherry in a large plastic bag
3. Add the chicken drumsticks, seal the bag and turn and shake several times to coat the meat thoroughly, then cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally (but preferably overnight)
4. Remove the chicken drumsticks from the marinade, drain, spread in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil, place in the oven and bake uncovered at 180 °C until golden brown (about 30-45 minutes).
