2 pcs bell pepper 8 pcs shrimp 12 pcs calamari rings 4 pcs Shiitake mushrooms 2 pcs egg 200 g plain flour

1. Cut the washed peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds, cut the flesh into 8 parts. Clean the prawns and mushrooms and dry thoroughly with kitchen paper towel along with the peppers and prawns. 2. In a bowl, whisk the egg with the water and progressively stir in the sifted flour. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Dip the mushrooms first, then the prawns, calamari and finally the peppers in the prepared batter. Fry everything immediately in the oil until golden brown. Remove the fried pieces and wipe them in paper towels. 3. Can be served with sauce prepared by mixing vinegar, soy sauce and fish stock.
