Tebi Salad with Rio Mare Beans and Tuna
Recipe by Gabriel Brozek, who won second place in the second year of the Snack of the Year competition with Rio Mare.

Procedure:
1. Fry finely chopped onion in olive oil, add tebi yeast and let cool
2. Mix half of the beans with the tuna juice and put in a bowl, add the onion and yeast, the other half of the beans and finely chopped celery, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice
3. Finally, stir in the pieces of Rio Mare tuna and serve; you can top with Vegetable Recipes, herb baguette or other bread.
