Tatranské kotlety

Cutlets of neck of pork surrounded with English bacon, ham and sterilised leche, topped with cream, baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

Range for 4 servings: 4 pcs pound neck chops (ribs or hams) 4 pcs slices of English bacon 4 pcs slices of ham (ham salami) 100 g grated hard cheese 150 ml sweet cream sterilised lentils in oil without sausage ground black pepper salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Place a slice of English bacon, ham and a spoonful of sterilised lentils on each portion of meat
3. Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 200-220 °C for about 30 minutes.

Recommendation:

Mash potatoes with compote go well with the cutlets prepared in this way.
