Cutlets of neck of pork surrounded with English bacon, ham and sterilised leche, topped with cream, baked in the oven.

Procedure:
1. 1. Place a slice of English bacon, ham and a spoonful of sterilised lentils on each portion of meat
3. Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 200-220 °C for about 30 minutes.
Recommendation:
Mash potatoes with compote go well with the cutlets prepared in this way.
