Tatranská cibulačka
Cibulačka according to the recipe of our eastern neighbours.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peel and slice the onion
2. Fry the onions in a pot in hot oil until golden brown
3. Pour the broth over the onion base, add the cleaned, sliced carrots and spring onions, let the soup simmer over low heat
4. Cut the baguette into slices, spread it on a baking sheet and dry roast it in the oven, then place a piece of sliced cornet on each toast and let it melt under the grill or in a hot oven
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and season with ground pepper
6. Divide the hot soup among plates and add the cheese slices of baguette, garnish with a sprig of parsley.
