“Tatra” buckles recipe

Composition

40 servings 300 g of plain flour 1 egg 100 g of icing sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp cocoa 250 g of thickened fat to grease the moulds Omega Omega 4 pcs. Grated tartar – or Horalka, preferably hazelnuts 6 tbsp ground nuts, 0,50 tsp ground cloves 0,25 tsp allspice ground sugar with vanilla sugar for the coating

1 Finely grate the grated tartar and the fat, and knead it together with the rest of the ingredients to form a soft dough.
