50 g pickled cucumber 20 g capers 2 pcs egg yolk 1,5 dl oil 1 dl sour cream to taste salt, lemon juice, mustard, ground cumin
procedure
1.
Mix the egg yolks with the mustard and stir in the oil (it changes colour from yellow to pale).

Flavour with lemon juice, add sour cream and season lightly with salt.
3.
Add chopped cucumbers and capers and cumin to taste. Mix well together.
4.
The preparation time is significantly reduced by preparing in a blender.
