This recipe is from my friend. She had a birthday party and there were more than 20 people gathered and every single one liked and enjoyed it. Everyone asked for the recipe from her because it was really delicious. So I decided that I can’t let such a recipe be forgotten and I will publish it. I hope you will like it.
1.
Melt the lard and butter and add the chopped chocolate. When it’s all melted, put it in a cool place like a pantry, window…
2.
While it’s cooling we’ll put some water on the stove and put 2 hard boiled eggs in it. Mix cocoa powder, plain flour, semi coarse flour, salt, black pepper, powdered sugar, baking powder, coconut and millet together with everything properly. Make a soup-like porridge. When done, add the powder, milk, honey, oil and eggs as you go along. Peel and chop the hard-boiled egg and add them at the end – if you don’t add them, the cake won’t be soft. And for the addition of millet we do not boil it, we add it raw, but when baking it softens and soaks – the cake has a moist and better taste, you can not feel it, but thanks to it our cake is much better.
3.
Add the melted chocolate to the batter and gently stir it together.
4.
Then we put it on a baking sheet which we grease and sprinkle with flour and bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
