Tartare with dried tomatoes
ingredients
200 g smoked mackerel 2 pcs sun-dried tomatoes 1/2 pk Dijon mustard 1/2 pk red onion 1 pk parsley 1 pk egg yolk to taste salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice, chili
procedure
1. Remove the bones from the fish and cut into smaller pieces. Add the diced sun-dried tomatoes with a tablespoon of oil, the egg yolk, parsley, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chilli. 2. Taste the tartare, season if necessary and serve.
