1 pk sour cucumber 20 g anchovies 2 pk egg yolk 1,5 dl oil 1 dl sour cream to taste lemon juice and zest, mustard, cumin, salt
procedure
Mix the egg yolks with the mustard and stir in the oil. Dilute with lemon juice and sour cream. Add the chopped cucumber and anchovies, grated zest, cumin and mix well. Serve with cold meat, fish, crayfish, etc.
