Tart with apples and caramel

Apples and nuts are strongly associated with autumn. Take advantage of their richness and prepare a sweet spot in the form of a recipe for apple and milk caramel fudge. It is the latter that elevates the dish to an exceptional gourmet experience.

Ingredients:

Number of servings: 4 servings 200 g of spelt flour 300 g apple 150 g walnuts – walnuts and hazelnuts 100 g butter 75 g raisins 50 g icing sugar 2-3 tbsp sugar 250 ml milk 4 pieces egg yolks 4 pcs egg whites pinch of salt milk caramel from Ing. Dana Přistoupilová – Danka’s Milk Caramel

Procedure:

  • Whisk egg yolks with sugar, add flour, milk. Mix everything and add the whipped egg whites.
  • Bake the cake in a pan with melted butter for about 5 minutes on each side until golden.
  • Cut the peeled apples into cubes and fry in a saucepan with a little water until soft.
  • Finally, pour the milk caramel on top and sprinkle with raisins, nuts, apples and icing sugar.
