200 g Tapioca pearls milk sugar

A delicious dessert from the increasingly popular tapioca.

Pour about half a litre of milk into a saucepan and pour in the tapioca. Stir over low heat.

The whole process takes about 30 minutes, but you need to top up the milk as needed until the tapioca is translucent.

When off the heat, add sugar to taste.

Pour into bowls. I put the red gelatin on the bottom, then the custard and top with melted white chocolate.
