A delicious lunch without meat

Cut the biscuits lengthwise into thin strips. Use 3 slices per roll. Place them on top of each other so that they overlap from the middle. Place a piece of feta on top and roll up to the edge.

Place the rolled zucchini side by side in a baking dish Drizzle the bottom with oil. Place in the oven at 180C for 20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper. After 20 minutes, remove the baking dish, pour the mixture and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
