Tangled Tortillas

Tortillas filled with meat sauce, Vegetable Recipes and toppings.

Ingredients:

200 g of ground beef 100 ml canned tomato puree 1 tsp fat 1 pk small onion salt For the vegetable mixture: 4 pieces of lettuce leaves 1 pc of medium sized tomato For topping: 125 ml sour cream 1/2 pcs garlic clove pinch of salt For the meat sauce: Other: 4 pcs tortillas

Procedure:

1. Fry peeled finely chopped onion in hot lard, add minced meat and stir until the meat is brown (about 3 minutes), add tomato puree, salt, stir, reduce heat and simmer covered with a lid for 1 hour, stirring occasionally (the meat will be tender sooner, but longer cooking will add tenderness)
2. In the meantime, cut the washed, drained lettuce leaves into noodles, cut the washed tomato into quarters and these into 1/
2 cm pieces, put the lettuce and tomato in a bowl, mix and store covered in the fridge
3. For the dressing, put the sour cream in a bowl, add the peeled, grated garlic clove, a pinch of salt, mix everything and store covered in the fridge
4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave (each pancake for 10 seconds) or heat them in a dry hot pan for about half a minute, then put them on a plate and immediately fill with the prepared meat sauce, Vegetable Recipes, toppings and roll them up.
