Tagliatelle with roasted artichokes and Parmesan recipe

Ingredients

4 servings 3 pieces of artichokes prepared in the kitchen 1 lemon cut in half 500 g tagliatelle (wider pasta) 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 pcs. 100 g chorizo or pepper sausage Salt Pepper Minced lettuce Arugula to serve Parmesan to serve

Method of preparation

1 Boil the artichokes in salted boiling water for about 10-15 minutes to make them firm.
