Tagliatelle with light forestry sauce

Here is the recipe for tagliatelle à la forestière,a good plate of pasta with a creamy mushroom sauce, very easy to make for a complete and balanced evening meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 12 points / person –
320 g tagliatelle 500 g frozen wild mushrooms 150 g bacon 1 chopped shallot 2 chopped garlic cloves 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 100 ml low-fat cream 5% salt pepper
Preparation:
Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water for 10 to 12 minutes, then drain them.
In a frying pan heat the olive oil, then add the mushrooms and cook until their water evaporates.
Add the parsley, shallot and olive oil and leave for another 10 minutes, then add the lardons and leave to cook for 15 minutes.
Then add the fresh cream and mix.
Serve the pasta with the sauce.
