Tagliatelle with bell pepper sauce

This is the recipe for tagliatelle with bell pepper sauce, a tasty pasta dish with a creamy, velvety bell pepper sauce flavored with oregano.
Ingredients for 4 people:
250 g tagliatelle 1 onion 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil 200 g tomato coulis 400 g yellow and red peppers 2 pinches oregano 2 tablespoons 4% mg cream salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.
Then drain the pasta and set aside.
In a saucepan heat the olive oil then sauté the chopped onion for 3 minutes.
Add the tomato coulis, and the peppers cut into small pieces.
Add the salt, pepper, oregano then let it cook for 30 minutes.
Then add the fresh cream then mix with a hand blender and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve the pasta with the bell pepper sauce.
