Tabuleh salad recipe
Source ingredients
4 servings 100 g of bulgur 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 pc red onion, smaller and finely chopped 6 pcs spring onions, finely chopped 1 pc cucumber salad, smaller 4 pcs. 1 bunch of parsley 1 handful of mango leaves 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 pinch of salt 130 ml extra virgin olive oil 1 lemon peel
Recipe preparation steps
1 Wash the bulgur in water several times, drain, transfer to a pot, sprinkle it with the lemon juice and prepare the water according to your requirements. 2 Remove the middle part of the cucumber with the seeds and finely chop it, remove the flesh of the tomato with the seeds and finely chop it. Place the Vegetable Recipes in a bowl, add the finely chopped onion and scallion, the finely chopped herbs, the lemon zest, the cumin, the salt and mix well. Stir in the prepared bulgur, pour in the oil and season with lemon juice and salt if necessary.

3 Once the bulgur is mixed, refrigerate for at least an hour to allow all the flavours to develop.
