Székelský goulash

Goulash prepared from pork shoulder meat, sauerkraut, sour cream, onion, dill …

Ingredients:

400 g of pork shoulder 400 g of sauerkraut 500 g onions 50 g of lard 250 ml sour cream 2-3 pcs garlic cloves /td> 1 tsp ground sweet paprika 1 tbsp smooth flour dill cumin salt water

Procedure:

1. Fry finely chopped onion in hot lard, add diced meat, garlic rubbed with salt, crushed cumin and simmer in its own juices
2. Later, when the meat is almost tender, add the chopped sauerkraut and finish stewing
4. Finally, pour in the sour cream in which we have dissolved the plain flour, boil
5. Season to taste with salt and add chopped dill.

Recommendation:

Serve with bread dumplings.
