500 g pork (your choice) 1 pk onion pk oil, paprika minced red,salt 700 g sauerkraut 1 pk sour cream 1 crucible cooking cream 2 tbsp plain flour to thicken

We love this dish.
1.
Wash the pork and cut into cubes. Put the chopped onion in the oil, fry the meat in it,so that it gets coated, add salt and ground red pepper. When the meat is coated, pour water over it and simmer until semi-soft.

Then add the sauerkraut and simmer until tender.

Put the cream in a jar, add the plain flour,stir thoroughly and finally add to the stew. Let the Szeged goulash come to the boil and set aside.
4.
Serve with dumplings. Enjoy.
