Syrbuška in the Romanian way

ingredients

200 g potatoes 1 tbsp cornflour 0,7 litres water 1,3 litres milk whey 60 g onion 60 g carrots to taste salt

procedure

Cover the whole carrots and finely chopped onion with water and boil. Add the potatoes, cut into smaller pieces, after boiling. When the potatoes and Vegetable Recipes are soft, add 2 litres of milk whey, salt to taste, let it boil. Gently stir in the cornflour and boil for a while.
