Swiss Salad with Sausage
Salad of hard cheese, salami, sausages, onions, apples and cucumbers, topped with seasoned dressing.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Cut the hard cheese, poultry sausage and sausages into thin long noodles
2. Cut the peeled apples into quarters, remove the cores, and cut the peeled onions and pickles into strips of approximately the same size and length
3. Whisk the wine vinegar, salt, ground pepper, full fat mustard and olive oil until creamy, pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Recommendation:
Serve with white bread.
