Swiss Potato Pancakes

From boiled potatoes, egg, onion and spices formed patties, baked in the oven until golden brown.

Ingredients:

500 g large floury potatoes 25 g butter 25 ml oil 1 pc larger onion 1 pc egg ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Put the washed potatoes in salted cold water, bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then drain the water, let them cool, peel and grate coarsely
2. Cut the peeled onion into rings, fry in hot oil with butter, stir in the grated potatoes, ground pepper, salt and fry everything
3. Stir the beaten egg into the mixture, shape into patties about 5 cm wide, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
