Swiss Eggs with Cream

Egg baked in cheese nests.

Ingredients:

150 g of hard cheese 4 pcs eggplant 1.5 dl cream ground pepper salt butter for greased molds

Procedure:

1. Spread most of the grated cheese into a greased shallow baking dish, and dig 4 wells in it
2. Into the wells, crack the eggs so that the yolks remain whole
3. Drizzle with cream whisked with salt and ground pepper
4. Sprinkle the eggs with the remaining grated cheese and bake everything in a moderately heated oven until the whites are set and the cheese is melted (about 10 minutes).

Recommendation:

– Side dish: Pastry.
