Swiss Cheese Soup

Fried breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese, covered with broth, with egg insert.

Ingredients:

100 g grated cheese 100 g grated breadcrumbs 50 g butter 1 l beef stock

2 pcs of egg pinch of nutmeg ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Mix grated cheese with breadcrumbs fried in butter
2. After about 20 minutes, stir both eggs into the soup
4. Season the finished soup to taste with a pinch of grated nutmeg, season with pepper and add salt if necessary.

Recommendation:

Serve the cheese soup according to this recipe with slices of white wine.

Note:

Instead of the white beetroot, the soup can be served with fried toast cut into cubes.
